Only in America can people think that their rights have been so trampled by the “Tyrannical” Government that they need to March on The Capital with loaded weapons in protest. And these idiots are protesting a perceived threat, that said Government is going to take away their guns.
All forms of Federal Gun Control Legislation has failed thus far in 2013. And the most drastic thing proposed was stronger background checks. Never has anyone said that Guns are going to be banned or confiscated. But the conspiracy gun nuts don’t really care about reality. In their version of America, Guns = Freedom.
In so many places around the world, if you even mentioned that you were going to March to the Capital with loaded weapons, you’d be jailed or shot on the spot.
In ‘Merica, Guns Rights matter more than Human Rights. You never see people Marching on Washington to End Hunger in The US or to end Illiteracy? But if you try to pass laws that try and reduce gun violence (and those laws are voted down), people get crazy.
